Shipping Policy

Custom Lip Balms

All new custom label orders have a 6-week turnaround time. This includes design, proof approval, label printing, and production.

Most orders ship sooner, but please allow the full 6 weeks during busy seasons.


Retail Lip Balms

Retail (non-custom) orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Local Pick-Up

Available for retail (non-custom) orders only. Pickup is available only on Wednesdays at Julia’s Shoppe.
Please pick up during their normal business hours on Wednesday from 11:30–5:30.
We’ll email you when your order is ready!

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We’re always happy to help guide you, but carriers must initiate investigations.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help make it right.


Warm Weather Disclaimer

Our balms are made with premium natural oils and butters. During hot months, items may soften in transit. If this happens, simply place them upright in a cool area to re-solidify.
